Happy Birthday to Dillon

It's Dillon's 2nd birthday today.

In compensation of not having a birthday bash for him, mummy took a day off (too bad daddy has to work) to accompany the birthday boy.

We woke up around 8am and after we drop off daddy at his office at 9.30am, I decided to bring Dillon to One Utama since heard that the christmas decor there is very nice. And true enough, the decor in both new wing and old wing are beautiful and the theme are very attractive to kids.


Dillon was happily running around and I was so tired running after him and I end up have to borrow a stroller from the customer service counter so that I could do some shopping peacefully. I bought some new year clothing for Dillon & Kaith. I have also bought a birthday cake for Dillon. After late lunch, we left the mall at about 3pm.

At night when daddy came home from work, we sang the birthday song and cut the cake together. Before we could finish singing the song, we already have to light up the candles a few times because Dillon was so excited and he just couldn't wait to blow off the candles again & again. LOL


Wondering why Kaith isn't in the pictures? Because she has fell asleep during cake cutting. :)

Care homes

A few of my colleagues has gone to distribute food bags to the poor recently. Most of these poor people have families but there is one old lady who is already more than 70 years old, also have cataract problem and her husband died about 2 weeks ago so now she is all alone.

Although some of her neighbors try to keep a look out for her at times but no one could look after her all day long. Sometimes she is starving because she is not capable to cook, in fact my colleague didn't think that she is capable to take good care of herself. She also mentioned that she is just so lonely nowadays and hoping to see more people visiting and talk to her.

Therefore the best we think we could do is to send her to care homes because she could live in a better environment and would b well taken care by the staff at care homes. She will also have people to accompany her and she won't feel so lonely anymore.

My bag

This picture is taken at my office pantry, and this is my cooler bag, which I'd carry to work with me everyday. I bought this bag from Fabulous mum, and it comes with ice sheets. The bag (with ice sheets) is insulated to keep the milk chilled for up to 12 hours and it comes with separate pocket to keep the breastpump and accessories. Some of my colleagues even mistaken it as a camera bag, hahaha LOL.

Birthday present for Dillon

Dillon will be turning 2 next few days and he has been longing to have a tricycle, everytime we pass by the toys section, he will point at them and wanted to ride on one.

Thus I have bought this tricycle for him. As Dillon still doesn't know how to pedal the tricycle, I tied a rope in front to pull him for time being.

He was fascinated when he saw this present, the sweetest part is that he points at it and keep saying "mummy, mummy" (he means that mummy bought this for him), this is the priceless moment. :)
