After I've lost 3kgs two weeks after delivered Kaith (total weight gained is 10kgs), I've managed to shed off another 3kgs. Now my weight stands at 56kg, which means I still have to lose another 4kgs in order to regain my pre-pregnancy weight (52kg). I'm quite satisfied with my progress and I know that breastfeeding has definitely helped in burning off my calories....
Although overall I don't look fat, but I realised that my tummy has become so flabby after this pregnancy. I think exercise is the best & only way to tone up the muscle but then I wonder when I would have time & willing to start doing some sit-ups? Haha LOL

Hi Ruth, I now only wear the bengkung on weekends coz weekdays working & when I got home it's qquite late already.
Jazz & Chanel, it's a common thing for us mummies hor? But I still hope to tone it up a bit....must work hard to get there loh. :)
20mths later, my tummy is still flabby too. sigh sigh.
you're sure doin a great job..keep it up..
Hi K---sit ups---they are the exercise that you have to work yourself up to do (smile). But you are right, exercise is the way to lose and firm.
Well done Karen. I think by the time Kaith 4 mths you will be able to return back to pre-pregnancy weight.
Karen,
I also agree breastfeeding help to lose weight. Plus busy working life (office and at home), I myself left only 50kgs after 4 mths, only 2 kgs to go back to my prepregnancy weight (48kgs).
Same like you, my tummy is also the problem area, flabby. I applied firming and shaping gel day and night, still yet to see any result. Excercise? I doubt if there is any time for me to do it...
An award for you:-
