Mummy's exercise


On last Sunday, after hubby has gone for his badminton session at 6pm, I brought Kaith for a walk nearby our house. Kaith seemed very excited sitting in the stroller.

After we walked for about 20 minutes, I sent her home & asked maid to bath her, then I took Dillon for a walk for another 20 minutes (Since I was not able to bring both of them for a walk together, so they have to take turns loh :p) and after that I was sweating & pretty exhausted already.

Well, I think this is a good way for me to exercise (yes I need to lose some weight) & to have bonding time with the kids at the same time. :D

P/S: I can feel muscle pain on my thigh this morning, ouch!! :P

Haha have you thinking to buy twin seats stroller? Really troublesome to bring kids alone hor.

kids just loves walk walk so much. same goes to shern, i usually push him about the neighbourhood in his tricycle.
but walkin can sweat meh? oh did you actually run with the stroller??
